WITH THE FEET ON THE GROUND

Being conscious of the importance of the quality and freshness of food, we grow our own vegetables in an ecologic way, based in permaculture.

We have opted for high plots which cover most of the organic garden, followed by four “Parades en Crestall” (a system of cultivation developed by Gaspar Caballeros); a portion of strawberry and artichoke crops, and another of onion, potato and Dwarf French bean crops (low growing beans).
